Over the years, G. Mariani & C. Spa have developed a Customer Service policy considered as an essential part of their activity and through which the company can face and meet their customers’ requirements.

The Customer Service consists of the following steps:

- technical assistance: providing the Customer with all the necessary information for the correct use of flavours and semifinished products to obtain the finished food product (technical documents, formulas for use, instructions for use);
- technical and legal information on the products according to the legislation in force (European, American and Japanese markets);
- implementation of ad hoc courses in order to train the staff of the customers to use, test and assess the products in their main fields of application. This activity can be carried out both at G. Mariani & C. Spa premises and at the Customer’s premises;
- analytical control of products manufactured by the Customer supporting its Quality Control activity. It consists of the analytical assessment of the main chemical and physical, microbiological and sensory elements of the food products the Customer obtains from the raw material supplied by G. Mariani & C. Spa.

The constant updating and training of their own technical staff, the regular monitoring of the Customer satisfaction guarantee the service fully complies with the Customers’ requirements.
